What You Need To Know:

 I believe in your ability to get through this crisis and succeed. 

If you are willing to do the work, I believe that you can and will learn how to maneuver not just this storm but every storm that life will bring you. I know you can do it because I’ve seen it been done, without medication and unnecessary, complicated, stressful interventions. I believe in you and I am here to hold space for you until you believe in yourself. 

There is no cookie cutter solution for everyone. 

What works for you may not work for the next person. Clarity Calls (schedule one here) give me a better perspective on what you need help with and what would be the best way to approach your situation to give you the best results. For some people it may take a few individual sessions. Others may do better in a group workshop, or through specifically themed sessions that usually take place over the course of a few days or weeks. However you choose to do it, my job is to create an individualized plan of action, and guide you through the steps to get from that place of overwhelm and crisis to a place of clarity and confidence. 

I cannot solve your problems for you.

You have the answers- my job is to guide you to them. I will create a safe space to help you to quiet your mind, find your voice, identify your goals, determine a course of action, and provide encouragement and assistance to help you gain a sense of purpose, and personal joy, confidence and clarity.

I am neither a doctor nor a therapist.

I am a Coach, a Healer, and a Teacher. While I can hold space for you to facilitate your own self discovery and healing I cannot diagnose you nor prescribe or even suggest medication, nor do I want to. I am invested in your health and wellness as well as mine.

If you are experiencing an active mental health crisis I will refer you to mental health services in your area, and we can have subsequent conversations and create action planning around those services. I strongly advocate for personal responsibility when it comes to maintaining mental health and wellness, and will always keep this at the forefront of every service offered. That being said, I reserve the right to withdraw or decline services to anyone I consider to be mentally unwell, or an active threat to themselves or others.
